In 2010, FDP closed on the KONE Centre project, a mixed-use 9 story building which utilized $30 million in New Market Tax Credit Allocation. This project has retained the city of Moline with approximately 425 full-time jobs and $11 million of annual payroll. KONE Centre serves as the home to the KONE U.S. operations center.
Davenport Bank Apartments Building
Acquired in 2005, the Davenport Bank Apartments Building stands at 255 feet tall, making it the tallest building in the Quad Cities. Davenport Bank Apartments Building is on the National Register for Historic Places as the American Commercial and Savings Bank building and has served as a center for banking in the Quad Cities since before the great depression. It is recognized for its limestone exterior, large banking lobby, and tall clock tower. The building was constructed in 1927 by the Walsh-Kahl Construction Company. Mississippi Plaza Building
Developed and built by the Ryan Companies in 2003, this building consists of 97,040 total square feet of class “A” office space. The building is located across the street from the Figge Art Museum and provides unmatched river views.
